How the full pack works
We build one system, not three manuals stapled together.

Accendo prepares. We are not the certification body. Certification is independent, which is the point if you care about tenders that get read properly.
You also get the usual implementation shape: system written around how you already work, pre-assessment thinking, procedures and a policy manual where they are needed, templates if they help, audits and compliance checks, and remote support through the assessment.
Full Lean IMS starts from £5,750 plus VAT. "From" is a guide starting price. We confirm the figure when the organisation is not a straightforward SME.
Why integrate instead of collecting badges
Three separate systems are how SMEs end up with a full-time folder. One IMS is how you keep it lean.
ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 share the same high-level structure on purpose. Leadership, context, risk, competence, documented information, operations, checking, improvement. If you write that once, the standard-specific controls (defects, aspects, hazards) hang off it. If you write it three times, you will not keep it current.
SSIP sits beside that as the practical site-access assessment. Doing it in the same engagement means the H&S evidence is not rewritten for a different audience six weeks later.
When the full pack is the honest buy
When the project coming to town will ask for more than one standard. When you are tired of answering PQQs with a mix of old certificates and promises. When a call or a health check has already shown that single-standard work will only delay the next ask.
If you only need 9001, buy 9001. If you only need to get on site, buy SSIP. The menu exists so you do not have to take the full pack to be taken seriously.
